I was surprised to find that she was not at all curious about the shutter noise my camera was producing. Frankly that put me in a little disadvantage. Generally when you want kids to look at you, all you need to do is produce a shutter burst. The noise will attract them and you will have your looking-at-you shot.
But in her case, she was happily posing for me. So I had to walk over head and nudge to get her to look up
